Before proceeding to share your personal information with other attendees at this event, we ask you to carefully read the following statement and provide your explicit consent as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You also confirm that you are of legal age to give consent.

Purpose of Data Sharing: Some of the personal data you provide during the registration process will be shared (read and downloaded) with other registered attendees to facilitate collaboration and networking during and after the event.

Personal information shared: The personal information shared is defined by the Organiser by default and includes:
{full name}, {job title}, {company name}, {email address}, {phone number}, {membership type}, ...

Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to change or withdraw your consent at any time. You can choose which fields you wish to share. If you choose to withdraw your consent, your personal information will be removed from the list, but please note that some participants may have already downloaded your contact details.

Data retention: Your personal information will remain available to other attendees of this event until you withdraw your consent or the event is taken offline by the organiser.

Tickets are NOT refundable.

Please note that the minimum age for participation is 12 and the maximum age is 30. Accompanying adults are not subject to these age restrictions.

The organisers are not responsible for the attendance of any person under the age of 12 or over the age of 30 at this event. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants acknowledge that they meet the age requirements and that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from failure to comply with these age restrictions.

There are 2 ways to register groups:

Registration by the group leader, who will be able to register all the people in the group at once, giving the first name, surname, age and e-mail address of each participant. The person in charge will have to pay for everyone.

Start by registering the group leader, make sure to indicate the group name and the email who will receive confirmation emails. After having selected the festival ticket, you may select the way, night or mass ticket. You can then add more participants. At the end you may pay for the entire group at once.

If you wish to modify the group after having done a first registration, do not modify your reservation but go back to the main registration button (click on Ticketing), simply indicate the same group name and email for sending confirmation and go through the same registration process as the first time but register the first participant of the list first + follow the same procedure to add more participants. You will then at the end have the possibility to pay again the entire order. You can do this each time you wish to add more participants to the group.

Make sure to always mention the group name in the detail of the first participant.
. Each member of the group registers individually, specifying the name of the group, its location and the name of the accompanying person.

Please note: Hope Happening accepts no more than two supervisors per started group of 10 young people, who must be present throughout the festival.
